I started playing golf at the age of six, and over the past 30 years have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge about the game.

As an avid Junior golfer I attained a handicap of 3 by the age of 15 and was playing to scratch by age 17, winning multiple club and regional county events.

 

I attended University in Oxford and majored in Anthropology & Sociology Bsc, which has given me a great perspective on human behaviours and how humans learn.

 

Having played professionally since 2009 i've competed in both national and international events​, and have now dedicated myself to teaching the game full-time since I gained my PGA qualification in 2014.​ I Joined The Shropshire Golf Centre in 2016 and have become the Senior Teaching professional at the venue.

 

 Over the years I've developed a coaching style that  strikes a balance between technical, yet simple to understand, taking care to adapt my style to the needs of the pupil.
